Loki,
I haven't come across this problem 'in my practice'. Well, I don't practice
brisk walk or long distance running. I do have this, in my future plans, but
have been postponing it since decades.
My intimate associate, suggested, one should wear a Bra.
With the state of art Bras, available, your problem, should not be a problem
at all.
Now, another suggestion I have is, a pad of fat beneath the nipple might
help. My- God, is intelligent enough to provide the necessary fat for
necessary people. He has overlooked males. Maybe he did not have vigorous
walk & run, in mind when he shaped us.
