Walk, run & man.........IV

These days where pizza/biryanis' door takes less time than needed to cook it/them, long distance running is not necessary to keep oneself healthy. It may lead to many musculoskeletal problems, nipple tenderness, excoriations due to wet underwear, blisters in toes, raised cardiac enzymes in blood, blood/protein in urine unless done properly. It is a 'passion' though one will have excellent health!!!.
Every city/place has 'small, exclusive, well knit group' of long distance runners. Some of them travel all over the world just to run long distances(marathon/ultra marathon) like sheela or daya who travel to see places. They are called as 'distance chasers'.
