One can see lot of constructions in Bangalore. Some are big, some wide &some tall. Opulance is obvious. Most of them are of recent origin. You can tell them as effect of abrupt spurt in Information technology which every media points Bangalore as the epicentre.
Though I came to Bangalore more than 3 years back, I travelled all over Bangalore in the last 2-3 months only. Though buildings are in grand scale, I am yet to see a building which left a mark in me. If you take Vidhanasoudha, high court, central library, despite of being centres of corruption', are far better for their archtectural splendour. Most of the modern day buildings are 'Masked' by glass or some kind of plastic shield!. I see no difference between females in burqa and modern day buildings, both beautiful things kept under cover!!. It is just blind imitation of west. A chance wasted &/or misutilized!!.
