Outsourcing has become a common thing in our and everybodys' life. This all started in the end of 20th centuary when the so called y2k bug which was expected to effect the computaion all over the world. There was severe shortage of man power in that part of the world where computers were fairly common. So it was outsourced to Indian shores where there was large group of young, technically skilled, unemployed youth were in plenty. At that time employee used work on site. Slowly trend shifted , with work is done by an offsite employee . Because of the knowledge of english India got the benifit, along with philipines, isreal, ireland and many more. Then it shifted to medical transcription, call centre outsourcing famously called BPO, Legal outsourcing(LPO), knowledge outsourcing(KPO), financial outsourcing and many more.
But in the recent past, outsourcing has taken inhuman sickening turn. It is done because of the inadequacy of the cleints. But question is it so?.
It is called surrogate pregnancy. They claim, whoever involved in this business, infertility is the main reason for this. But, like all good intentions, will be misused for malavalent purposes. People of Third world countries, mainly India because of its relatively good health system among third world, is the main victim(some people call it as benificiery (sic)) of this outsourcing. This is one of the sickening form of outsourcing.
Another inhuman form of outsourcing is, sending suspect in a crime to a country(read as third word non democratic countries) where torturing is a legal form of enquiry!!!!!.
i don't know whether god also outsourced his work!!
